ボクは写真家の森山大道さんを非常にリスペクトしており、多くのインスピレーショを氏の写真から得ています。
常々写真の手法的なものを自身の音楽に持ち込めないかと考えていました。
（例えば同じ風景に対するカラー、白黒の違い、コントラスト。森山大道さんのアレ、ブレ、ボケなど）
今回の作品を作るにあたり、フィールドレコーディングの素材を写真ととらえ、かつサウンドが外側から聴こえるのではなく、頭の内側から聴こえてくるような、箱庭的なサウンドを構築することを心掛けました。

I have been heavily influenced by Japanese photographer , ' Daiado Moriyama ' .
When I make my music , I often use field recordings as ' material '.
However I grasped field recordings as ' photograph of sound ' this time .
I tried to change texture like changing from color photo to monochrome but leave structure as it is .
Needless to say , the sound of field recordings exists on our outside .
However I wanted to express them like sounding in our inside , within our brain .


・1 : 支笏湖 ( Lake Shikotsuko in Hokkaido )

素材の溶解、セルフ・インプロヴィゼイション
　　　( I melted field recording material , Lake Shikotsuko and associated it with improvisation , lyra-8 .)

・2 : 屈斜路湖 ( Lake Kussyaroko in Hokkaido )

同一場所、別日、別時刻での録音をコラージュ、テープ録音、エフェクト、イコライジング
　　　( Music Concrete work , I recorded sound atmosphere at the same point but another day , another time .
I wanted to capture the Spirit called ' kamuy ' .)

・3 : 原宿 ( Harazyuku in Tokyo )

竹下通り、十代の欲望、速度の違う三つのレイヤー
( I wanted to capture the unfocused desire which teenagers have .
I layered three same sound but different texture .
One is itself , Two is itself modulated by modular synth , Three is itself effected by effector )

・4 : 高麗川 ( Koma River in Saitama prefecture )

自身と高麗川のセッション , 風を表現
　　 ( Interplay with Koma River and me )

・ 5 : 三社祭り ( Asakusa Sanzya Festival in Tokyo )

　　　民族の記録としてのフィールドレコーディング、彼岸的要素、三つのレイヤー
　　　( Ethnic music as local recording , I layered three same sound but different texture .)

・ 6 : 白扇の滝 ( Waterfall Hakusen in Hokkaido )

自然界の轟音ノイズミュージック、二層に分けたモジュレーション
( Similarity between primitive waterfall and noise music .
I processed different effect and modulation for low-pitch and high-pitch . )

・ 7 : ドン・キホーテ北池袋店 ( Kita-Ikebukuro Don Quijote in Tokyo )

深夜のドン・キホーテ地下一階、誰もいないフロアに鳴り響く複数のディスプレイからのコマーシャル。
　　　　ミニマルグルーブと過剰なマスタリング。
　　　　( Don Quijote is Japanese discount shop .Many small displayed monitors were advertised each products with big sounds in Basement Floor 1 where there was not anyone at Midnight.)
　　　　
　　　　
余談ですが、以前ボクはここに収録された屈斜路湖のサウンドを全編に使用してアンビエントライブをやりました。

This is off topic , but I used to do 90 minutes ambient performance to use track 2 , Lake Kussyaroko .
